Process

Step 1

Following our conversation and selection of design and/or gemstone,

Step 2

Saya Gems custom orders are agreed upon an advanced and confirmed deposit payment of 50% of the starting selling price. A deposit can only be considered for a refund in case the jewelry item is not delivered based on the agreed specifications.

Step 3

The remaining balance is due at the time of its completion. When your jewelry item is ready, we will reach out about the final balance as well as set up a time for pick up or delivery.

Step 4

Your piece can take anytime between 7-14 days in order to be completed depending on design and sourcing of the gemstone. You will be provided with updates throughout the production process.

Step 5

Following minor adjustments such as ring resizing can be gladly made at no charge.
